Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fried foods, fish-based appetisers and white meats.

Serve at 12/14°C in a balloon glass.

We have left it in contact with what has surrounded the grapes from their origin, the skin, inside amphorae where flavours and aromas are released without forcing them, without haste, simply waiting for the must to welcome the best of the aromas, properties and colour.

The result is GrigioRamato: a macerated wine with great structure, an intense sensory experience, a profound expression of our land and of this grape variety.
