GRAPE HARVEST

Starting from Pinot Grigio, passing through Manzoni Bianco, and ending with Raboso del Piave: the Italo Cescon 2021 Harvest finished leaving us with a rich and generous promise.

An unforgettable vintage with also some critical issues where, after a rainy winter with normal temperatures, we witnessed the succession of a spring frost, and a period with rains in May and June. And then two hailstorms in July, in Fagaré della Battaglia vineyards, with a period of drought in the end. A vintage where only through careful selection and a targeted approach, we were able to achieve the preset quality objectives.

The vines are now ready to rest while we will continue our work in the cellar and in the vineyards…proud to have carried out this Grape Harvest 2021 as well.
